Toby Keith Tickets

Toby Keith TicketsToby Keith is a prime example of a music superstar who has taken fame from one aspect of life and made it work for him somewhere else. Keith is a country music singer and songwriter who got his start in 1993 with Mercury Records. His first four studio albums, Toby Keith, Boomtown, Blue Moon, and Dream Walkin' were all released on Mercury Record and helped the popularity of Toby Keith tickets skyrocket in the 1990s. In fact, his debut single "Should've Been a Cowboy" topped country music charts and is widely considered the most played country song of the 1990s.

Following his early success on Mercury Records, Keith became a fixture of the country music scene in Nashville, TN. First, he signed to DreamWorks Records Nashville in 1998. While a member of DreamWorks Records he released four more albums, each of which produced a number one single and were certified platinum. At this point, Toby Keith tickets and albums were so popular that he was able to launch a number of philanthropic endeavors.

Keith's first endeavor came on the heels of DreamWorks' closure in 2005. He launched his own record label, Show Dog Nashville, later that same year. In 2009, that label would merge with Universal South Records to become Show Dog-Universal Music. From that point onward, all of Keith's albums have been released under his own label. This includes seven studio albums and a compilation album which was released in 2008.

The strength of Toby Keith tickets and album sales also gave him the ability to partake in business ventures outside of the direct sphere of influence of the music industry. One of the largest has been his partnership with Capri Restaurant Group Enterprises LLC. Based in Scottsdale, AZ, the restaurant group has opened a number of country music-themed bar and restaurant locations across the nation under the name "Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill."

Toby Keith ticket sales, album sales, and the success of his other business ventures garnered national headlines in 2013 when a Forbes magazine article identified him as "Country Music's $500 million man." This makes Keith one of the wealthiest celebrities in the United States, but does not mean he has stepped away from country music.

Over the course of the past 20 years he has written at least one number one country hit each year. He also continues to tour in support of his albums, as well as performing for U.S. troops stationed abroad during the War on Terror. Keith is currently out on tour for the summer of 2014. The Shut Up & Hold On tour will spend the first week of May in Canada before hitting the U.S. in late May.

The U.S. leg of the tour kicks off on 25 May in Forest City, IA and will crisscross the country before wrapping up in Laughlin, NV on 18 October 2014. For Toby Keith tickets to Shut Up & Hold On tour dates and more events, check out
